Position: Chief Operations Officer / Finance
Amanda has been with Insight since the very beginning, and she would tell you it’s been quite an adventure! She started as a technician but quickly began learning all areas of the practice, and she now oversees the operations and finances for both locations. Amanda and her husband, Travis, welcomed their first child, Ava, in 2020. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, singing, being crafty, anything active, and just enjoying every moment of being a mom!

Position: Technician
Blake started at Insight Eyecare as an exam technician and is now the Technician Director. He is also a scribe for the doctors! He is currently working on his degree where he then plans to attend Optometry school! He spends any free time with family and friends.

Position: Patient Care Director
Ashlee began at Insight working at our front desk, shortly after was moved into a leadership role, and she is now the Patient Care Director for both locations! She is your go-to for billing inquiries, insurance, or any questions you may have about your visit. When not working, Ashlee loves spending time with her son, Jordan. They love being outdoors, playing sports, and of course their yearly beach vacation!

Bailey Straessle

Position: Billing Specialist
Bailey loves to spend time with her family when she is not working. She is a proud mom to her daughter, Teagan. As a family, they love to travel and spend most weekends at some type of sporting event or just at home with their dog, Posie.

Position: Call Center Coordinator
Dakota absolutely loves Halloween time! He loves all things spooky; he has a knack for crafts and making costumes. His favorite Movie is Hocus Pocus! He is a theater kid at heart, loves to sing/act, play videogames, make videos, watch anime, etc. He has two dogs, Frosty and Nova, and a cat, Albus Dumbledore. He loves to go on adventures with his partner near and far, camping, road trips, visiting friends, even just exploring with no destination in mind!

Shelby Maldonado

Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Shelby lives in Glenpool with her husband Jordan and their two Chihuahuas, Pip and Georgie. Shelby is currently studying Elementary Education at OSU and in her spare time she likes to listen to audiobooks, hang out with her family, play board games, and shop online.

As the patient care coordinator, I have the privilege of checking our patients in and working with them from the beginning of their appointment. I love getting to know our patients, and I get excited when I recognize a name on the schedule or see a familiar face walking through the door!"
Jessica Wright

Position: Optician
Jessica is currently in school to become a psychologist, and in the future, she plans to work as a high school counselor and help teens know about all the grants and scholarships that they could receive to help them through their college years. She also plans to work for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and help her tribe expand in their education and get more Native American people through college. She loves to spend time outdoors whether that be with her dogs, hunting, fishing, or just sitting and talking on the front porch with her boyfriend.

Andrea Sorie

Area of focus: Billing Specialist
Andrea was born and raised on the East Coast of Canada, but she and her three kids have loved calling Oklahoma home for the past seven years! While her education and experience background are in the wedding and event planning industry, she has loved being able to use her administrative abilities and attention to detail to solve problems and stay on top of things in the billing world. Andrea loves quality time with good friends, ice cream, fall time, adventuring with her kids, and keeping her house plants alive.

Addie is a newlywed. She is currently attending TU earning her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She enjoys traveling with family and playing with her new puppy, Penny.

Erika loves going on walks and hiking and just exploring new places outdoors. She loves spending time with her friends; they go and try many different coffee places. Erika also enjoys reading and playing board games.

Elizabeth has been married to her high school sweetheart for the last 7 years. She has 2 dogs, Archer and Luna, and loves to spend time loving on them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as going to the lake and reading.

Chastity is a proud mother to a daughter and a little dog. She enjoys farming, gardening, photography, crafts, traveling, and working out. She is currently attending school to finish her degree with an emphasis in communications and management. She loves all animals and in fact-owns a one-legged guinea named One-ita!
